ASHLEY PANICI
Director of Player Development
Ashley began her stellar softball career at Marshfield Senior High School where she was named Fox Valley Player of the Year, earned second team and first team all-state honors and led the Tigers to a State Softball Championship and runner-up State Softball Championship.
After graduation, Ashley attended Division II St. Cloud State University in Minnesota on a softball scholarship.
For over a decade, Ashley has instructed players how to enhancing their pitching form, spins, and develop the mental aspect of pitching.
Ashley has coached at the collegiate level at Marian University and currently just finished her 5th year as UW-Oshkosh’s pitching coach.
“I am extremely excited to join forces with Rhino Sports Academy to bring softball to the mix and help softball players fine tune, develop, and take their softball experience to the next level”.
HAYLEY RODRIGUEZ

Hayley played collegiately at Simpson University in California.
In her 4 years at Simpson Hayley was a 2 time CalPac Conference Pitcher of the Year and was selected second team All American in the NAIA sectionals.
COREY RICHARDSON
Lead Instructor
Corey played collegiately at Carthage College as a pitcher and infielder.
During his time at Carthage he was a part of a DIII World Series run.
Corey has coached on the softball side for the past couple of years.
TOM HERVEY
Lead Instructor
Tom has been the head coach for competitive travel softball for the past 4 years. He enjoys teaching the game and seeing his players develop both on and off the field throughout their softball careers.
The drive to coach comes from his sports background where he was a multi sport collegiate athlete at Milwaukee School of Engineering.
